The professional term for what I do here is 'coach', however I like to think of it more as a guide, which according to wikipedia '...can also be applied to a person who leads others to more abstract goals such as knowledge or wisdom.' This is my intention; to give parents the knowledge and wisdom to make the most informed decisions.
